I have returned to face to face work, alongside remote work for those who wish.  Please contact me if you are considering seeing me in person, and would like to hear more about my risk assessment for COVID-19, or availability.

Many of us reach a stage in our lives when our behaviour, thoughts or circumstances seem to hold us back from allowing a full, enriching and rewarding life. We all experience different levels of difficulty as a result; from confusion and lack of purpose, to paralysing feelings such as grief or fear. When movement seems to be impossible, it can be helpful to seek therapy.

 

In relationship with a therapist, you may find the courage to pause, listen to your needs and desires, and explore the complicated underlying obstacles that prevent you from making positive change. 

 

I offer you the opportunity to meet me as yourself, to express yourself free from judgement, and alongside you I believe I can help you to re-engage with a life that is yours to be lived, consciously.

I am a qualified counsellor, and am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy as well as the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling, whose ethical frameworks I commit to in my work.
