To learn about one's self.
To accept one's self.
To find the courage to welcome change.

Many of us reach a stage in our lives when our behaviour, thoughts or circumstances seem to hold us back from allowing a full, enriching and rewarding life. We all experience different levels of difficulty as a result; from confusion and lack of purpose, to paralysing feelings such as grief or fear. When movement seems to be impossible, it can be helpful to seek therapy.
In relationship with a therapist, you may find the courage to pause, listen to your needs and desires, and explore the complicated underlying obstacles that prevent you from making positive change.
I offer you the opportunity to meet me as yourself, to express yourself free from judgement, and alongside you I believe I can help you to re-engage with a life that is yours to be lived, consciously.
I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, fully accredited with UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psythotherapy), and a registered member of the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling, whose ethical frameworks I commit to in my work. Membership of these bodies is a hallmark for high standards of training, professional and ethical practice.
